About Us

Our President, Ron Flora, is a US Navy veteran, having made two tours during the Vietnam war. Ron returned home to start his civilian sales career, beginning with his first job as a medical products distributor sales representative. He quickly progressed to positions of Regional Sales Manager, Director of Distributor Relations and Vice President of Sales and Business Development with leading international healthcare companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics and Luxtec.

We work in concert with surgical illumination industry leaders, delivering high quality, cost-effective OR products to VA hospital bio med departments, as well as OR nurses and surgeons through established local distributors.

An advisory board is in place to assist in new product development and distribution. The board consists of a surgical illumination company CEO and Air Force veteran, an environmental company Chairman, an orthopedic surgeon, a neurosurgeon who is an Army Special Forces veteran, and a Director of Sales for a surgical distributor who is a Gulf War veteran.
